Jeff Peduto is the founder of Strategic Operations Solutions and an ERA Group partner. He works with leaders who need to make progress on the business challenges that matter most: turning strategy into action, improving how work gets done, and creating measurable financial impact.
His background spans operational excellence, executive operations leadership, process improvement, and strategic project leadership. Jeff is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and brings a practical, hands-on approach to work across strategy, process performance, and execution.
Through Strategic Operations Solutions, he helps organizations build the clarity, capacity, and operating rhythm required to grow. Through ERA Group, he also helps organizations identify and implement measurable, performance-based cost savings.
